Our instructors have years of experience and extensive training in specialized areas such as Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist Certification, Pilates for MS and Neurological Conditions Certification, Pilates for Hip and Knee Replacements, Rotator Cuff Injuries and Shoulder Impingement, Pilates for Triathletes, Pilates for Scoliosis and also regular innovative Pilates reformer and apparatus classes for everyone.
