History
V-GRITS is chef-owned by Kristina J. Addington, the first vegan chef to win Food Network's culinary competition, Cutthroat Kitchen. Kristina used her winnings to purchase the food truck, and thanks to our very gracious and supportive kickstarter backers, we were able to fund all of the necessary equipment to get rolling!
Specialties
V-GRITS serves up southern-style vegan dishes out of a bright orange truck. Our goal is to serve people healthier comfort food. Hot Brown Melts, Burgers, Grits, Mac & Cheese, and more. We make everything from scratch. Check our website to follow us!
