History

I moved out on my own following a series of contract experiences that did little to improve my effectiveness as a practitioner. In the last 6 years I have served the CrossFit community, but have since opened my reach to every day people needing help with movement, diet and brain related deficits.

Specialties

I treat patients from a whole person perspective instead of a symptomatic expression. I look to find what is actually triggering the issue through a series of tests that I adapted personally for each patient.
