why is thorntons so trashy! none of the pumps ever work! everything at this place is broken! even there ac don't work and they were using portable ac units!!!!!

The lady who runs the place on weekday mornings works her TAIL off! Customer service is top notch and the employees there are so very friendly. It is also my favorite place for coffee.
