Customer service was lacking. Especially since they didn't have my order ready due to some "mystery hold"! Kept questioning me about ordering as if I drove an hour from Fort Knox just for fun....
The customer service was horrible. After putting the wrong snow globe in my bag. They were unapologetic for doing so. The assistant manager hung up on me when I called and told her what happened....
