After noticing a lack of good Thai food in the Louisville area, Chavantee, along with her husband Billy, opened the the Thai Cafe in the Holiday Manor. 15 years later, the restaurant is still going strong, serving regulars and out of towners alike with reasonably priced, freshly prepared Thai cuisine.
