Katherine A. Abbott, M.D., earned a bachelors degree in Biology and a medical degree from the University of Louisville, completing her pediatric residency at Norton Childrens Hospital.Dr. Abbott, who was designated a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2015, also holds memberships in the Greater Louisville Medical Society, the Kentucky Medical Association and the Kentucky Pediatric Society.A Louisville native, she enjoys gardening in her spare time.

Lidia E. Castillo Cruz, M.D., is an internal medicine physician with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Sancti Spíritus in Cuba, and completed her residency in internal medicine at Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue, New York. Dr. Castillo Cruz provides comprehensive care to adult patients, focusing on diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. She emphasizes preventive medicine through regular checkups, screenings, vaccinations and health education to help patients maintain and improve their health. Her approach to patient care is centered on compassion, trust and respect. Dr. Castillo Cruz aims to build long-term relationships with her patients, treating them like family or friends.
