Terrible staff. Very rude. Open until 10 PM but said the close the beds at 9:30PM. Clearly not service oriented. Dirty lobby. I won't be coming back.

Ladies behind the counter were very friendly, knowledgeable when it came to discount packaged tans/spa, and weren't pushy at all! Best service from a sun tan city in Kentucky I've been to, so far!...

Waited for a bed when I was told one minute left. They were talking while the beds were dirty instead of getting them ready for clients.
