Update The past year had seen a marked decline in my rating of this complex. Maintenance has had a lot of problems with personnel changes with work orders taking a long time to get attended to....

I'm not exactly sure how these can be considered "luxury" apartments. Sure, they're not bad apartments. But it's carpet throughout (cheap carpet, at that), the once pin-entry gate hasn't worked...
