Three employees were inside on a Saturday at 4pm. There wasn't a car in sight. But the lobby door was locked. And we knocked on the lobby door, they all looked right at us, and kept shuffling...

Do not make a mobile order here. Half of the time their lobby is shut down and you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes while your order is done in a line while everyone is getting their sandwiches made....

The Ladies we're closing an hour and half before the designated time, and then acted upset when we came in. They had already shut the drink machine off, mopped the floor, and placed the tables...

85 degrees in the store employees said they can't turn the thermostat any lower (it was at 72). sandwich old won't be back to this one.
