Do not use this bank for a home mortgage. I learned the hard way to use a mortgage company rather than a bank, especially not this bank. They are unresponsive. The employees don't communicate...

Won't cash a $20 bill for non-customers. Apparently cash confuses them. Was looking for a local bank but never going back there!
