This bank is so slow. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru with no response from anyone. Plus, all the employees are rude. I'm definitely taking my business to another bank that knows what common...

You can change your address over the telephone with every one but Stock yards Bank.What a pain to have to send a letter.Ready to find a new bank.
