Stephanie L. Ward, MD

Michael A. DeMarcantonio, MD, is a dedicated pediatric otolaryngologist at Cincinnati Children's. He specializes in treating children with speech resonance issues, such as velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI), and sinus disease. Dr. DeMarcantonio is an integral part of the VPI treatment team and the Craniofacial and Cleft team. His approach to care is compassionate and thoughtful, ensuring that every procedure, no matter how minor, is handled with the utmost care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, kayaking, and working on various projects.

Jennifer McAllister, MD, IBCLC, is a dedicated pediatrician at Cincinnati Children's with a passion for newborn care and breastfeeding support. As an international board-certified lactation consultant, she loves helping families navigate the joys and challenges of breastfeeding. Dr. McAllister also leads the Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS) Follow-Up Clinic, providing specialized care for infants exposed to opioids prenatally. She enjoys working closely with new parents, offering guidance and support as they embark on their parenting journey.

Megan Rodts, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist at Cincinnati Children's, focusing on congenital heart disease. She is passionate about health literacy and quality improvement in pediatric cardiology.
