Schoolyard Winery

This is Verona's local home town community winery. We also host special events, have a weekly Farmers market on Saturday mornings. Host yearly celebrations and more! Our doors open At 3pm Friday and Saturday nights for the winery and bourbon lounge. Our weekly farmers market is Saturday mornings from 10am until 1pm. We are a veteran owned winery. Our interest in-and-passion-for wine dates back more than fifty years to the beautiful Rheingau (award-winning wine region) in Germany. For the last decade we have been traveling to vineyards and wineries across the country tasting and learning. Here on a local level in Northern Kentucky, we've been experimenting with a wide range of grapes and juices for a very long time. One random day, we decided to take the plunge, purchased the old Verona High School that was built in 1914. It was sadly neglected so we had to do some major repairs then open up shop to the public.Verona, Ky is about thirty minutes south of Florence KY. Come join the fun!
