Paige Papka Walker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lexington, Kentucky with broad experience in Substance Use Disorders in adults. Ms. Walker is the co-owner and Program Director of Kindred Recovery, that specializes in Addiction Medicine Services. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Social work with a master’s degree and is certified in Smoking Cessation and Targeted Case Management.

Our clinic offers evidence-based treatment approaches that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We understand that addiction is a complex disease that affects individuals in different ways, and we work closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. We are a team of medical professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery. We accept all Medicaid's and most private insurances.

BrightView is not your typical "drug rehab" program. In fact, if you visit our Lexington, Kentucky treatment center, you won't hear the term "rehab program" at all. That's because BrightView is a comprehensive addiction treatment center. We provide outpatient treatment and care for patients who are battling drug or alcohol addiction. Our evidence-based approach is effective and incorporates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), along with individual counseling, group therapy, social service support, and work on co-occurring disorders. Our team takes an individualized approach with each patient, meeting them wherever they are in the recovery process. For those struggling with substance abuse such as opiate addiction, we avoid straight detox and prescribe buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). This treatment center does not prescribe methadone, but we have helped many patients transition off of methadone to another medication.This outpatient treatment program, enables our staff to develop unique treatment plans that work with patients' daily life, allowing them to keep up with commitments and individual needs. We want our intensive outpatient services to be available to all who need them, so we accept Medicaid, Medicare, along with most forms of private health insurance. These choices help anyone who is battling the disease of addiction to be able to seek treatment services.
