Recovery Works Georgetown Outpatient

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to the unique needs of those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorders. We provide a judgement-free environment that builds on patients individual strengths. With the support of our clinical team, patients learn to identify relapse triggers as they build Relapse Prevention Plans and are counseled about the nature and dynamics of addiction and recovery. Components of the program include Screening and Referral, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Psycho-educational groups on the disease of addiction, Life Skills Development, Family Engagement, and Aftercare planning. Groups are offered 6 times per week in the afternoons and evenings.
