The company s products include aboveground horizontal and vertical tanks, oil-water separators, waste containers, mining arches and fuel-dispensing systems. The company has more than 5 steel tank and vessel fabrication subsidiaries located throughout the United States. It also operates over five welding supply stores in Kentucky and Indiana. The company s subsidiary, Modern Supply Company, provides supplies and services to the welding industry. Its products include protective clothing, hand brushes, cable connectors and covers, electrode holders, hammers, receptacles and gouging electrodes.

Henry T. Sonner, Founder and Previous Owner of A & S Fabricating Co. began his career working for large steel mills and aluminum plants in the Midwest. He soon realized that he could produce parts for this industry and others like it. So, in 1969 A & S Fabricating Co. (ASFABCO) was established. From that humble beginning, the dream of being a major Metal Fabricator and Machine Shop grew to include a 110,000 sq. ft. shop located at 265 US 431 North in Livermore, Kentucky. Its prime location in Central/ Western Kentucky, is close in proximity to many major highways and nearby interstates. This shop is equipped with a diversity of metal working equipment, and staffed by an experienced workforce. With 54 years in the business, our shop is now considered one of the most productive, safest and highest quality shops in the country.
