Letcher Manor is a more than 150-bed, long-term and personal skilled care facility providing various nursing and rehabilitation services. The center provides a wide range of services and facilities, including a clinical laboratory, dental, housekeeping, mental health, nursing, pharmacy, diagnostic X-ray, physician, podiatry and social work services. Its rehabilitative services include physical, occupational, and speech and language therapies. The center also provides vocational services to the residents. It offers beauty shops and barber salons, cable television, computers, fishing docks and telephone access. It additionally provides region-specific menus and dining areas. The center also offers recreational activities and religious services. Letcher Manor is located in Whitesburg, Ky.
