Praxis

At Praxis by Landmark Recovery of Louisville, patients are offered medically supervised detox, group and individual therapy sessions, recovery-based groups led by staff and alumni, a personal recovery plan, and input from professionals and peers in the recovery community. Using the resources and support of the Praxis team, patients will build the framework for long term sobriety and success.
