went in for lawn mower service and was told turn around would be a few weeks. when I questioned this, one of the workers in effect told me I was stupid to have brought in my mower during this time...

Said they would order a part for me and call me when it was received. Told it would be about a week. I waited an entire month.....nothing. Guy there was an arrogant asshole too. Beware.
