Located in Louisville, Ky., Christopher East Health Care Center provides skilled nursing, personal care and subacute rehabilitation. It also serves patients with Alzheimer s disease and other dementia-related disorders. The center specializes in rehabilitation for brain injury recovery. Christopher East Health Care Center is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It offers assisted living programs that include personal care services and assistance with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation and medication management. The center also offers physical, speech, respiratory and occupational therapies for patients in need of recovery from major surgeries, strokes, heart attacks, and neurological and orthopedic conditions.
