I became interested in permanent cosmetics many years ago after going in for a permanent makeup consultation for eyeliner for myself. I was frustrated to see the eyeliner-after photos; they all looked exactly the same. I didn't wear my eyeliner as thick as the pictures shown and I certainly didn't want it
