People to People (P2P) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare and reducing the spread of diseases, with a particular focus on Ethiopia and diaspora communities. Through their triangular partnership approach, P2P aims to bring about positive change by connecting local institutions, western institutions, and the diaspora, with the goal of enhancing the delivery of healthcare in Ethiopia. Their mission is to build a bridge between the diaspora and Ethiopian institutions to effectively develop human resources, healthcare, and education, ultimately bringing Ethiopia into the 21st century.

P2P's work includes various initiatives such as the establishment of a boarding school in Amanuel, Ethiopia for girls orphaned by HIV/AIDS, the promotion of reproductive health through a youth center in Addis Ababa equipped with internet and a research library, and a vocational training program for orphans in Addis Ababa who have taken on the responsibility of caring for their siblings. By connecting the diaspora and institutions, P2P aims to expand expertise and achieve higher impact in their efforts to improve healthcare in Ethiopia.
