The Paducah Power System is the COMMUNITY-OWNED municipal electric power provider for the city of Paducah, KY. The municipal system has been bringing public power to the residents of Paducah since Sept. 1, 1961. Paducah Power employees are poorly trained and have trouble with the most simple of requests. I requested PPS to change power into my name from my tenant's name and gave them credit card...
