Jeffrey H. Frank, M.D., most recently served as a neurologist for nearly four years with Louisville Neurology Associates. Dr. Frank completed his medical studies at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed a neurology residency and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. Dr. Frank maintains a special interest in electromyography, headache and neuromuscular disorders. He is board certified in neurology.

Norton Heart & Vascular Institute – Women’s Heart Program – St. Matthews offers specialized cardiovascular care tailored to women’s unique health needs. Located on the third floor of Norton Medical Plaza 3, this program provides comprehensive evaluation and management for conditions such as high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, ischemic heart disease, and spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). Led by board-certified, fellowship-trained cardiologists with expertise in cardio-obstetrics, the program also collaborates with Norton Children’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine to support heart health during pregnancy and menopause. Sara B. Cochran, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Neuroscience Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville. Sara is dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to the children she treats. She prioritizes patient and family education to ensure they understand the situation and care plan. Sara is originally from Springfield, Kentucky. Outside of work, she volunteers her time to fundraise and support local firefighters. She finds joy in traveling to new places and spending quality time with her loved ones.
