Our board-certified pediatricians provide well-child checkups, immunizations, developmental screenings, sports and school phsyicals and management of chronic conditions. We also offer guidance on breastfeeding, childproofing, safe sleeping methods, and potty-training. Conveniently situated in West Louisville area, our pediatricians provide same-day sick appointments and extended hours. New patients are welcome. As part of Norton Children’s, we ensure seamless access to pediatric specialists, coordinated care and access to your child's medical record through Norton MyChart.

Erin Richey Frazier, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, Missouri, and a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City. Dr. Frazier is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Pediatric Association, and the Academy on Violence & Abuse. A native of Portland, Oregon, Dr. Frazier loves spending time with her family and enjoys exercise, reading, and going to the lake. She is dedicated to her family's health and loves to talk about healthy eating and exercise. Dr. Frazier has been voted by her peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019.
