Our mission is to eat, laugh, make memories and celebrate familia. Noche is an authentic tribute to Mexican BBQ featuring popular smoked meats and sides cooked for family and friends during celebration. Aaron Diaz, founder and operator is bringing the classic Mexican BBQ flair to Louisville KY keeping true to Mexico’s classic tingas, antojitos and unique salsas. Aaron was born in Texas and grew up with a unique Mexican twist on the classic backyard BBQ, surrounded by familia, memories and flavorful food. In Mexico a BBQ is more than just a gathering, it is a gesture of love when one cooks for all, creating a moment in time when a memory is tangible for eternity. Noche will debut its first Restaurant in a Historic Cathedral located on Bardstown Rd. where Diaz will unite his passion for cooking with the remembrance of his family who taught him about the beauty and love of gathering. Noche will honor those who have passed with a vibrant tribute to Dia de los Muertos.
