Nikolaos Zagorianos, OD

Dr. Matt Meredith, a Louisville native, graduated summa cum laude from Lindsey Wilson College with degrees in Psychophysiology and Psychology, earning the Begley Scholar Award. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2020, completing clinical rotations at Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers. Dr. Meredith then completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the Memphis VAMC, later serving as a Staff Optometrist and co-coordinator of its residency program. A Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and attending shows and sporting events.

Dr. Eckel joined Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers in 2021 as a consultative optometrist post his 13-month ocular disease residency. He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University. His clinical training encompassed specialty clinics like ocular disease, pediatrics, vision therapy, and low vision rehabilitation. Dr. Eckel also completed externships at Salt Lake City VA and Five Points Eye Care in Athens, Georgia.

Dr. Sergei V. Dmitruk is an anterior segment specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist with a focus on cataract surgery. He is also proficient in performing minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), as well as refractive surgery with Advanced Technology lenses. He completed his undergraduate education in Integrative Physiology with a certificate in Neuroscience at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and completed his medical education at the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine in 2017. Dr. Dmitruk interned at the Riverside Regional Medical Center and then completed a surgically rigorous Ophthalmology Residency Program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where he received comprehensive surgical training.
