Kenneth L. Oder, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a medical degree from the University of Louisville, completing his residency at Greenville Hospital System, Greenville, S.C. Dr. Oder is board certified in family medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and its Kentucky chapter and the Greater Louisville Medical Society. A Louisville native, he enjoys flying and beekeeping in his spare time.

Lauren Lewellen , APRN, earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. Lewellen is a nurse practitioner whose practice focus is family practice. A native of Louisville, she enjoys bowling, walking her dog, restoring furniture, spending time with family and friends and time outdoors.
