About TnT Technologies..... TnT Technologies ( TnT ) specializes in working with utility companies on a variety of water and waste water issues. TnT also works with private developers that are installing water and waste water infrastructure. TnT was founded by Tom Nelson in 1994 upon his early retirement from the Metropolitan Sewer District of Louisville, KY. Tom has 22 years of experience dealing with utility infrastructure. Tom Nelson is a Certified Control Systems Technician ( CCST ). This certification program requires a comprehensive knowledge of automation and control systems. To become CCST certified, one must pass a very rigorous examination. Tom is one of the few persons in southern Indiana that hold this certification. TnT offers many services, including: calibration of instruments ( flow meters, level sensors, pressure sensors, etc. ), replacement of faulty instruments, repair of existing telemetery equipment, installation of supervisory control and data acquisition ( SCADA ) systems, motor repair ( replacement & rewinding ), pump repair or replacement, new pump stations, rehabilitation of existing pump stations, piping system fabrication, and full service electrical systems installation, maintenance and repairs. Basically anything you may need done to a water or waste water treatment plant or a pumping station we can do for you. Calibration of instruments: TnT has the expertise to do your annual instrument calibrations. We can calibrate flow meters, weirs, pH meters, ORP sensors, chlorine analyzers, level transducers, and others. We will provide you with a calibration sticker and certificate ( if needed ) for your records. Replacement of instruments: TnT also has the knowledge to replace any of the above instruments with new ones to meet the needs of the specific installation. We can install, set up, and calibrate the new instrument and connect it to your existing chart recorder, telemetery, or SCADA system.
