Masterson Station Dog Park, located off Leestown Road in Lexington, KY, is a 15-acre space divided into two separate paddocks, each equipped with water fountains and benches under mature trees. This park, established as Kentucky's second dog park, underwent significant enhancements since its inception, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners.
The park was officially opened in July 2003, following successful fundraising efforts, with further expansions in subsequent years to double its size, making it a popular destination for local dog lovers. Its design features horse-farm style fencing with mesh backing, ensuring a secure area for dogs to play freely.
