Featuring a 265 acre nature park offering prestige paved walking trails with wooden bridge terrain, 40 acres of rolling soft hiking Trails, handicap accessible kayak launch off of 400 acre Lake Pee Wee,18 basket Championship Disc Golf Course, 9 basket Practice Disc Golf Course, Welcome Center offering bike and kayak rentals, Educational and Volunteer opportunities, Stunning picnic pavilions, small and large dog parks, Event Barns, and future Nature Playground under construction. Honoring the land and the Mahr legacy, Mahr Park Arboretum preserves a natural environment for native birds, wildlife, plants and wildflowers. As a recently accredited Level I Arboretum, tagging and documenting trees and woody species is an ongoing project. Unique to the historic Mahr Homes is the Library and Ray Harm Gallery.
