20+ minutes wait on a classic pep at 6PM on more than one occasion. Hot'n'Slow AF. Every time I go in this place they have an entire new staff. I'm done trying!

Tried contacting them multiple times about the issues. They ignore all contact. I even tried contacting corporate and that did no good.
