I would definitely give more stars if I could. They came highly recommended and I understand why. From the first time I contacted them they were quick to respond and super friendly and helpful....

Bought 1600 dollar chainsaw. Broke the first day I had it and they wouldn't let me return. Bunch of assholes that don't give a shit about you after they have your money.

Service was poor. Not friendly, they never called me, it took a month to get a part i could have had in two days from Amazon. And it is expensive.

Only giving this place one star because I have to. Otherwise it would be negative stars. They are contracted out to do some warranty work through Lowes. Was quoted a 2 1/2 week wait, which is...

Normally I like to support local businesses, but.... If they tell you how much time it will take for service to be completed , add at least 4 weeks to that estimate. They will not call you back...
