History

Lavender Moon was not of my own creation; I never dreamed I would be a business owner! When I was younger, I wanted to be a pediatric surgeon or a middle school teacher/guidance counselor. Lavender Moon was conceived while I was falling asleep after coming home from massage school classes. In truth, God called me in that moment and told me I would be a business owner, that the business would be called Lavender Moon and that its mission is to love people, unconditionally. That is why our mission statement is: Loving people unconditionally. I recognize this may be viewed as offensive to some, but the truth is simple - no matter who we are or what we believe, we are all human and in need of love. Lavender Moon is not affiliated with any religion, denomination, or creed, and respects the views and beliefs of all who come here. Besides, when you're getting a massage, everything else fades away as you find your place of relaxation and peace.

Specialties

Lavender Moon offers specialized massage services to our prenatal clients. Christina has taken an additional 24 continuing education hours to become a certified prenatal massage therapist. In addition, Christina, owner/therapist, has a BA in Physical Education/Health from Maryville College, Maryville, TN and understands the unique physical needs of athletes, and those who engage in extreme workouts. Not what you're looking for? That's ok, Lavender Moon has something for almost everyone. We offer couples massage, hot stone therapy, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish, and now have a mobile chair massage service!
