Necco provides services related to the welfare of children in need of loving, stable and supportive families. We do this through adoption, foster care, independent living, supported living, community rehabilitation, residential living, mental health counseling and related support services. Necco operates in Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana and serves children age birth to 21.

Addington Hall provides community-based child and adolescent services. It offers intensive in-home services and a home-based, family-focused program for children. The hall also provides therapeutic foster care for custodial and noncustodial children and youths with behavioral and emotional problems. In addition, Addington Hall offers an outpatient program for pregnant women and mothers with dependent children. It also provides substance abuse prevention services. The hall promotes positive mental health and emotional well-being and decreases risk factors, such as peer pressure and the availability of drugs. It has a partnership with the Planning District One Behavioral Health Services. Located in Duffield, Va., Addington Hall is a part of Frontier Health, which offers behavioral and mental health, substance abuse and vocational rehabilitative services.
