Went through when the hot sign was on. The girl working the window said the store dropped the "hot sign policy". It is still posted on their corporate website. Not happy!!!!

Order was completely wrong....discovered when we got home. Also ordered a black coffee and it was room temperature. Girl at window had horrible attitude. There are better places in BG.

VERY slow. The "Hot" sign was on when I pulled into the drive through. I ordered a dozen and a half hot glazed to which she replied "I'm sorry our glaze is off". So while I waited in the drive...
