They don't answer the phones. Nobody in the office has any idea what is going on. Some of the worst people in the world. They will charge you fees for everything, and never explain why. Please...

Had appliances that broke in my apartment within the first week of moving in. Still not fixed and it's been almost 2 months. Management was very rude to me as well. No one follows up.

Pipes froze less than 24 hours after moving in due to improper insulation. It took over two days for them to bring a small space heater for pipes and then another two weeks before it was fixed....

renting from them was a nightmare, it cost me way more money than it was worth! When I moved in within days, the sewer pipes had broken and had to be fixed. Nothing was painted. Stuff was broken...
