King's Daughters Surgical Weight

A locally controlled, nonprofit, 385-bed regional referral center, King's Daughters Medical Center offers cardiac, medical, surgical, pediatric, rehabilitative, psychiatric, cancer, neurological, pain care, wound care and home care services. Established in 1899, the center ranks seventh in the state of Kentucky in terms of admissions. Its team of approximately 3,000 members is one of the largest employers west of Charleston, W.Va., and east of Lexington, Ky. The center was a recipient of a Commonwealth of Kentucky Quality Award in 2000, 2001 and 2002. King's Daughters Medical Center is located in Ashland, Ky.
