HistoryThe CCC was started in 1984 as a resource for parents to use when choosing quality child care for their children. The CCC contiunes to assist families in finding child care but has expanded services to assist with child care payments for eligible parent and to train child care providers on the best practices when teaching our young children. In 2004, the CCC developed an awareness campaign - KIDS MATTER - to promote issues that affect families and children on a daily basis.
