Kevin D Campbell, APRN

Kevin D. Campbell, APRN, earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master's degree in nursing. Campbell is a nurse practitioner and his practice focus is critical care.A native of Louisville, he enjoys weightlifting, exercise, computers and home improvement projects.

Robert W. Hodge, M.D., earned a medical degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Hodge completed a family medicine residency at Spartanburg General Hospital, South Carolina.

April R. Mattingly, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor in psychology and her medical degree from the University of Louisville, where she completed her pediatric residency. Dr. Mattingly is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Kentucky chapter of the AAP. She is board certified in pediatrics. Being a pediatrician allows Dr. Mattingly to stay young - she wears fun socks, plays with stickers and talks to princesses. A native of Paducah, Dr. Mattingly enjoys playing outdoors with her two young children or taking them to the zoo, reading, Pinterest and Mexican and Cuban food.
