Kentucky Smoked BBQ

History

Our company began with cookouts for family reunions and groups of friends. After hearing over and over again how much our family and friends loved our BBQ we decided to try serving at the St. Matthews Farmers Market a couple times. The welcome we received from our customers was overwhelmingly positive! People loved our slow smoked, juicy pulled pork. They appreciated that our ingredients are Kentucky Proud, our buns are freshly baked from Heintzman's, and we have several partnerships with local farms. Without doing any advertising, we quickly found ourselves catering graduation parties, church groups, corporate picnics, and weddings. We are now a permanent vendor at the St. Matthews Farmers Market, which is open Saturdays from 8am-noon and located at 4100 Shelbyville Rd. We still enjoy catering several events each summer, and are easily able to accommodate any group of 50-500 people. Come see us at the market this Saturday!
