I had the jerk pork over rice and found it absolutely perfect. It does have some kick as another reviewer commented, however, it didn't fry my taste buds. I think the rice helps temper the heat...

A long line and much anticipation. I make it to the front of the line and I'm told they are out of food! But, more will be ready in 10 minutes "I will remember your face your first in line"...

The Jam Pan truck came to an event at UofL. We had the jerk pork on bread, and cabbage salad with ginger dressing. It was a generous portion of delicious jerk pork over sweet Jamaican style bread....
