Adopted a cat from the shelter back in 2009. The process was simple. There was an application to fill out but there wasn't a home visit. You're able to come in & look in the cat different cats...

offers 0 help and gives you the run around. animals adopted since been put on the waiting list and there seems to be 0 effort to help this animal that needs placement. Makes me sick
