They had a job and didn't use the correct color of thin set. We got fucked; the bleed-thu of thin set...awful. We're not worth a job, they believe that. Would never use again, we were thinking of...

They wanted half payment and commitment before they walked through the job. When getting an estimate, you shouldn't have to pay what they half of what they think it will cost before seeing the job.
