First of all, they need to clean the shower see the picture below -the corners were cracked and moldy. The ice machine was broken I clearly asked for a first floor room when I made reservations...

Just beautiful place. Workers were so nice and the man at the front desk was playing good music. The room was so nice and clean. I love the desk area it has lots of room. As for the downsides......

Cook doesn't know that service dogs are allowed to be in same area as people when eating and gave me a hard time over my dog but she apologized for it

Great night stay right off highway. Was on road trip in afternoon and decided where we would land for night. Did our research between hotels with independent reviews and decided on this Hampton....
