if you are a woman don't even bother! the way they speak to women here is truly disgusting. i went in not long ago because of an issue with my ford pass app. my SCHEDULED appointment was at 10 am....

Well we went back and they put on a full EdPM The light went off. Drove to Florida the light came on. Gary Yeomans Ford replace the 3rd NOX censor and it is all fixed. They called Greenwood ford...

Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020 Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done...

There service department is the absolute worst in every aspect possible I wouldn't recommend them for absolutely anything
