Granddam is The Manchester's expansive Appalachian dining hall - and also the name of a matriarchal racehorse, past her prime but living the dream. Conjure her spirit with table-side juleps, reimagined Bluegrass fare from local purveyors, and maybe the occasional Virginia Slim. We're open seven nights a week, just off the lobby.
