why can't customer look at racks as they are being put out. This is ridiculous. there isn't enough staff to restock stores. I won't be shipping here anymore

I love the concept of this organization. Goodwill takes what you donate and sells it for money. That is 100% profit. Win win. You as the person donating get a tax write off for what you donate....
