Blend Pak, located in Bloomfield, Ky., operates flour and corn mills. The company developed seasoned flour for frying meats and vegetables for sale in the 1960s. Its manufacturing facility is equipped with modern equipment and technology, manufactures batters, breaders, marinades, seasoning blends and specialty mixes as well as custom blended dry formulas for a variety of national accounts. Blend Pak's has an in-house research and development team providing private labeling and custom blending to restaurants, foodservice providers and industries. Its research expertise includes wheat flour and corn flour-based products, pre-dusts, special spice blends, dry marinations, gravy mixes, bakery and donut mixes as well as dry cream blends, sugar and salt blends and soft serve dessert mixes. Blend Pak stocks a variety of items available for its foodservice customers. It specializes in supplying systems to industrial customers who process meat, chicken and fish products with a variety. Blend Pak has a specialty breading system for applications for red meat, seafood and poultry.
